That's why we're excited to introduce Autop Points - a new, simplified leaderboard system designed to make performance clearer, fairer, and more motivating.

Introducing Autop Points

The new Autop Leaderboards now calculate performance using Autop Points, based on retail completed during the selected period. Each retail type is assigned a simple, easy-to-understand multiple:

• Charity Retail → 1.0x
• Lottery Retail → 0.7x
• Once-Off Retail → 0.12x

This simplified approach makes it easier than ever for sales reps and teams to:

• Understand how rankings are calculated
• Track performance in real time
• See exactly what's needed to climb the leaderboard
